- Damaged Upon Delivery: If the product is delivered damaged, request a return, reorder, or exchange. For an exchange, no additional delivery, shipping, or service fees will be charged. For a return, a product refund will be issued, but delivery, shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.
- After 15 Days: For returns between day 16 and day 30, a restocking fee of 15% of the product cost will be applied, with a $50 minimum. Delivery, shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.
